Community Services Of Minnesota Inc. is owned and operated by Larry Ajala, located in Andover Minnesota, Larry Recently celebrated 15+ years working in health care and human services field. He started as a Direct Care worker for level 4 group homes, and gradually expanded into management where he worked as a Designated Coordinator for adult and youth services. He then moved on to become a consultant/Coach where he partnered with several agencies over the last few years.

The mission of Commnity Services Of Minnesota Inc. as coach Larry is to provide fast and reliable services in auditing, consulting, coaching, and staff development.
